Attention: Central Register/BOH Regulations
SUBJECT: Local Board of Health regulations for the Town of Plainville.
In addition to its own regulations, enclosed for filing with the DEP are new and recodified regulations, attested by the Town Clerk, approved and adopted by reference by the Town of Plainville Board of Health on December 15, 1999. The regulations are entitled as follows: Massachusetts State Regulations 310 CMR 15.00; 105 CMR 590.00; 105 CMR 410; 105 CMR 123; 105 CMR 435; 310 CMR 7;310 CMR 16; 310 CMR 19; and MGL c. 111, § 122, as may be hereinafter amended.
A public hearing was held on December 15, 1999. A notice of public hearing was published in a newspaper of general circulation in the Town, namely "The Sun Chronicle." This notice was published twice, one in each of two consecutive weeks, with the first publication not less than 14 days before the hearing date.
The Board of Health published a notice describing the new regulations after adoption.
Copies of the new regulations have been filed with the Town Clerk.
