The regulations are entitled as follows: Massachusetts State Regulations 310 CMR 15.00; 105 CMR 590.00; 105 CMR 410; 105 CMR 123; 105 CMR 435; 310 CMR 7;310 CMR 16; 310 CMR 19; and MGL c. 111, § 122, as may be hereinafter amended.A public hearing was held on December 15, 1999. A notice of public hearing was published in a newspaper of general circulation in the Town, namely "The Sun Chronicle."
