§ 803-5. Appeal period; certification by Town Clerk.

  • After the decisions are stamped by the Town Clerk, there is an appeal period of 20 days from that date. If at the close of the appeal period, no appeals have been made, Town Clerk, upon request, will certify the decisions for recording at the Registry of Deeds, Dedham, Massachusetts. This is the responsibility of the applicant and all decisions are not valid until registered in Dedham.
