§ 728-16. Violations and penalties.

The Board may impose either or both of the following:

A.
Criminal. The fine for a violation of any provision of these rules and regulations shall be not less than $10 nor more than $100 per offense. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed to be a separate offense.

B.
Noncriminal disposition. In accordance with MGL c. 40, § 21D, whoever violates any provision of these rules and regulations may be penalized by noncriminal disposition.
